The History

IKIGAI Coaching was founded in November 2020 by Norm Tam, after passionately following his own personal Ikigai; pursuing his gift to help others achieve their full potential by becoming a Certified Professional Life Coach.

After spending over 20 years in business management, and a difficult decision to leave his last employer, Norm decided to listen to his higher calling: "Taking it as a sign that most things in life happen for a reason, I used it as an opportunity to align myself with what I am most passionate about in life: helping others succeed and live happier and more fulfilling lives."

IKIGAI Coaching combines both executive leadership and business improvement experience with the desire to help people unlock their potential, to create coaching programs and methods that deliver results, be it for personal growth, leadership skills or growing your business!
