Inspired by the Japanese concept of Ikigai as a way of life, and as a powerful tool for shaping one's future, he founded IKIGAI Coaching to help businesses and individuals find the purpose they are seeking. His strong desire to help people unlock their potential, combined with his experience in management consulting and responsibilities as an Executive Vice-President in a corporate environment, have given him a unique coaching perspective to offer the world.
